All items sold by deckfabshop are bespoke (custom-made or personalized). Due to the nature of these products, standard returns and refunds are not available for reasons of taste, preference, or change of mind.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Defective or Misrepresented Items: If your item is damaged, defective, or significantly differs from the description provided at the time of purchase, please contact us immediately. We will review your claim and, if valid, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

  • Personalized or Customized Items: Unless the item is defective or misrepresented, bespoke items are not eligible for return or refund simply because you do not like the design, color, or for any other preference-related reason35.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.

3. Initiating a Refund or Return
